If you are not satisfied with your Velano CloudDome™, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (subject to the conditions below).

Return Conditions

  • Item must be returned in like-new condition.
  • Include all original components (carry bag, accessories, manuals, packaging).
  • Products damaged from misuse, abuse, or improper assembly may be denied or partially refunded.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@velano.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a prepaid return label for U.S. orders (international returns may require customer-paid shipping).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges & Cancellations

If you need an exchange (different color/model), contact us at support@velano.com. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.

Final Sale Items

Certain items (clearance or heavily discounted) may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns. This will be noted on the product page.
